A subscriber sent an email requesting information on how best to get over a break-up. Well since I typically avoid commitments, it took me a few weeks to actually gather my thoughts.

Anyhow, I’ve had a few committed relationships over the course of my career. One being when I was a teenager and it resulted in the birth of my angel.

That ended when I went away to school and pursued by studies. I dealt with the separation and disappointment in the best way I know how. Taking my game to the next level!!!!!

This involved countless distractions and excursions with other women.

Yes gents, the best way to deal with a break-up is to distract yourselves with other women or even a hobby.

The worse way is to obsess over the individual you just cut ties with.

You must move on and make it clear that you have. Social media is a great way to show you are totally over the relationship. And its very therapeutic to replace your significant others mental energy with NEW energy.

You’d be surprised, when she catches you on social media at the football game surrounded by beautiful girls, her natural instinct will be to want you back!!!! That might not be the best course of action, if the relationships is doomed already, but it will feel awfully good esp if she broke it off with you.

In summary, here are my top 3 DO’s/DON’Ts:

Do: 1) see other women

Don’t: 1) obsess over her

Do:  2) distract yourself with work/school/hobby

Don’t: 2) txt her trying to rekindle the relationship

Do: 3) post pics to social media with new acquaintances

Don’t: 3) stalk her profile

Hope this all helps. And remember, please don’t hesitate to contact me for anything specific you would like discussed. I’m not a licensed professional but I have tons of experience in the battle of the sexes.
